The Scott Group of Companies Mount Gambier Gold Cup Carnival 2011 will be held at the Allan Scott Glenburnie Racecourse on Friday 20th (main day) & Sunday 22nd (Pink Ladies Day) May. The majority of Marquee Packages for Friday 20th May has already been sold out so the club recommends you to be quick to secure your booking now.
A few tables are still available in the Noel Barr Toyota / De Bruin Group Silver Service Marquee @ $130pp - Experience fabulous hospitality with glitz, glamour, colour, atmosphere, excitement, gourmet food, champagne and wine all in the one location at the only Silver Service Marquee event at the Mount Gambier Gold Cup. The Crown Café has tables for 10 people in the central HUB section which is close to the TAB, Bar and catering for $200. This price does not include entry, racebooks or catering and has limited numbers.
Mini Marquees are available facing the HUB ( $450—4.5mx4.5m or equivalent marquee with chairs/tables for 20 people and $300—3mx3m Marquee with chairs/table for 10 people). These do not include entry, racebooks or catering.
Early Bird Tickets available at office now for $12 which is a saving of $5, but the club recommends you become a MGRC Member for $55 to get benefits of free entry to all other MGRC race meetings (including Mitre10 Mount Gambier Christmas Twilight and Holcim Summer Cup), newsletters and also free gate entry to all Thoroughbred Racing Meetings in the Limestone Coast (Penola, Millicent, Naracoorte and Bordertown) and Mount Gambier Harness Racing.
Marquees will be available on Sunday 22nd May for $100 (Marquee/tables/chairs only).
The Pink Lady Day Luncheon—Fundraiser for Breast Cancer Network Australia— will be taking place in the Noel Barr Toyota / De Bruin Group Marquee with Tickets $66pp available from 5SE & Activ8.
